1.4 c.v. joint

Need to replace my N/S outer C.V. joint soon. Does anyone know the dimensions of the circlip that retains the C.V. joint on the driveshaft?

I need to get circlip pliers of the correct size as the ones I have are very small.

I should think a pair of standard circlip pliers will do. .Did one easy enough about 2 months ago using a cheap set with interchangable heads

Thanks for the reply Axle. All the pliers I'm looking at ordering online don't seem to have interchangeable heads though.....I'll look again. Just worried about the pin on the end being the right diameter and the minimum/maximum opening being sufficient. Don't want to find out they won't do the job when the cars in pieces!
