Technical 1.3 multijet albea overheat display problem

Hello! I'm writing from Turkey. My vehicle is 1.3 multijet Albea engine code: 188 and engine ecu: 6JF
When driving on the road in my vehicle, the temperature indicator drops and returns to its original position. Although I replaced 3 thermostats and sensors in different brands, the problem was not solved. Can you help me with this? Have a nice day.
