Technical 1.3 JTD 2007 - Starting Issue.

Time and Things have got int he way at present, radiator is still in the back as is the starter motor.... But it has been moved a number of times with no issues so looks good.

Just got to sort those and get it MOT'd

And it's been joined by Doblo-3

radiator and starter fitted last weeken, found shock was rusted on passenger side.

My Jaguar is taking prescedence in the queue and the Doblo-1 needs some critical investigation.

Spin on a few weeks..

The front passenger strut was replaced. I forgot to mention that when I did the radiator the front support pannel was toast, I had to make up a replacement from some scrap box section I had lying arround.

Any way. She went for MOT yesterday and made it all the way there. Garage rang and it needed a wishbone. That sorted and paid for it drove back to my office OK...

But she has a boost issue, New thread for that,.

So my very cheap problem car has not been cheap but at least she starts, runs, drives and is MOT'd

She's still starting fine and after replacing the AFM and putting a decent Jubille clip on the AFM we are upto 5 miles round the trading estate with no performace issues.

I am going to keep testing, then OI need to insure her and use her for real... The DPF is at 99% so unless another force regen gives me a few moe %%% it may rear it's ugly head...

Perhaps this one has been saved , not sure anyone sensible would have put this much effort in.. She owes me 12000 miles back..

I was lookign to do a few more test miles on this, but DOBLO-1 has some bad oil presure issues..

So she's getting pressed into service... Let's hope she work ok, it wont be long before the DPF is full mind.
