My cars has started to judder as if there is a misfire, usually when pulling away from stationary, but if you pull away really really slowly, its fine.
(Don't have any warning lights)

I suspected a blocked fuel filter but a quick search tells me the mkII Punto doesn't have a serviceable fuel filter, which I thought was my problem.

I'm going to try some injector cleaner first, and maybe a new set of plugs.
Hoping its not the pump, coz I just looked at the price of a new one

every part that is original and new usually costs more than whole car

Drove the car today, it appears to be fine if you drive it harder, reminds me on an old motorbike I had that had a coil fault, it would only spark above 3000rpm,
which made for interesting progress as it would go from running on 2 cylinders to 4 :D

I drove to Halfrauds and bought a bottle of Redex, dumped half it in the tank and to be honest didn't have a misfire on the way home. I will buy a set of plugs for it but not at Halfrauds prices.

I believe that the MKIIb Puntos around the age of mine (2004) have either a 12mm or 14mm spark plug.
