I have a Mk1 Punto Sporting. So the standard engine is the 176B9000, 1.2 16V 86bhp. Together with the Marelli IAW 18FD.5Z ECU.
I installed a 1.4 16V engine, with the Punto's intake and exhaust manifold, cable throttle, injectors, etc.
There are a couple of threads on builds like this in Centos.
Problem is, it has flat spots, so I need an ECU remap.
Is there anybody who either sells modified chips, or have an existing XDF file for it?
Current setup is:
192B2000 engine (1.4 16v, Bravo MK2 2008)
176B9000 intake manifold, 200cc injectors, exhaust manifold, accesories (Punto Sporting 1.2 16V 1997)
182B6000 throttle body (Brava 1.6 16V, 46mm, I had this on the 1.2, worked flawlessly)
Plans in the future:
Install the 176B9000 cams, and a different, tubular exhaust manifold.
