I take my Grande punto 1.3 multijet for 15 minutes short ride in the town.
I saw i have increased fuel consumption and the temperature it remains below 1/4 .
I connected the multiecuscan and the temperature stays 53-59 Celsius.
outside temperature is 6 Celsius.

It is a stuck thermostat issue?

A diesel takes a longer trip to fully warm up.

15 mins of sub 40mph driving is unlikely to get the engine up to temp mine doesn't start climbing until I get to 40+ at any speed

What is the usual time to get 80º of temperature and open the thermostat?
also the fuel consumption at this 15-20 minutes is 7-18 l/100 because of the low temperature right?

Depends on many things.
With low outside temps, and little demand from the engine ( city driving) it may take a very long time, sometimes it never reaches operating temps at all!
My 1,9JTD takes 10 min city and than at least 10 min. highway driving to reach 90 degrees.
As soon when I get of the highway, needle drops again....(thermostat, Vernet, is brandnew,, as is coolant and pump...)
