Need some new tyres for my stilo, don't want to put budget tyres on but I don't want to spend too much either so I'm looking for tyres around the £80-£90 a corner mark.

I'v narrowed it down to these(£84.54):

Or these(£88.40):

Has anyone had any experience with these tyres, are they any good?
Are there any better tyres i can have for the same/similar money?
My tyres are 215/35 R19 btw

Ordered a pair of Toyo Proxes T1-S from here:

I ordered them before you posted PNL, probably should have waited for replies a bit longer. Are they really that bad?

Well conti sports are what is fitted to the shoowee and the toyo's took a bit of a slating on ss said they were crap basically although every one had their own opinion on tyres and if your happy then say no more :)

I Have used both these tyres. The Nankang NS-2 are not really that bad, although the Falken is better. The Nankang is cheaper though.
The NS-2 is the only Nankang I would use. The others are pretty bad in the wet.

I used P7's on a 156, they grip well but have an awful tread pattern and wear out fast.

Interesting... Chap at tyre place where my firm send their company cars says he has customers with Stilos whom rave about the P7, then again I suppose the Stilo is lighter than the 156... going to replace my Accelera Alphas when they get down to 3mm's which should be in the next 6K by which time I should have racked up 25-26K from new. Cant complain... only cost 45 quid a corner to start with (y)

Not sure what to fit next... thinking P7 or Goodyear Hydras/NCT 5's for comfort
