At the moment its the pits as its rather bent

It does exactly what it says on the tin.
I bought it because it was fairly cheap for what you get (compared with the likes of VW, Audi etc)
It's got enough get up and go for what I really need.
Only thing missing is the sound track, I've been used to V6 Alfas.
So it gets a good, the only car I've had that would get an excellent was my Caterham Super 7. :worship:

Good from me as well. My old Brava was a better car. I've a couple of recent niggles with the Stilo, the passenger side door check strap snapped yesterday, there's a rattle from the drivers door that I can't trace and it's a pig on fuel. Nothing serious but still it doesn't warrant an excellent.
ive rated it as good. Not really had any major problems just a few niggles recently my drivers side check strap also snaped a few weeks back and now also the drivers side repeator has decided break the bracets hold on the inside if that makes sence! Taped up atm as im so poor after buying me kwaki so the cars is garaged atm
good so far, having seen various comments on this site I am expecting something to happen, what I don't know.It's called managing expectations, if you expect the worse then everyday it doesn't happen is an absolute bonus.

they are really poor brakes! they are the same size discs and pads as the jtd and yet a heavier engine? hmmm
BREMBO GT kit: 4 pot calipers and 305mm discs. is the way to go.. get mine this week... :yum:

I will admit, im an excellent. Ive not had it long enough for anything to go Majorly Tits up yet!
My old car was a 1991 Diesel, so as u can imagine the Stilo is a Major improvement!

Judging by the many complaints and scary stories posted here, one had to supose many people would rate their Stilos as bad, but not until now.
People usually have something to say when it's a negative comment, thats just life.
I had to put excellent... Ive had a fair few motors now my last being a 150 break 2.0l megane coupe, which i aint gonna go into about the problems... so my 1.6 is rather slow... every car ive had, ive had problems. This is my first stilo... that was my second megane coupe, endless expesive problems (ex avid coupe-club.com member) i love my stilo and so does everyone i take for a drive... funny 90% of chat whilst driving it... is about the car...
So Excellent is only fair...

I voted fair - which is errrr fair
On the whole I like my JTD, goes well gives great MPG and is very different from the Focus/Astra crowd. Don't like electrical gremlins (fixed) and dodgy springs (not all fixed yet).
Brakes could have more feel but it's a good car

just id say more power from std though 2.4 stilo=170 - 3.2 alfa 147=250 its the same rate if u go up engine size thou id still liked it if 200ish std.
Bigger brakes they look really tiny with 18s on.or better pads and discs.
Handle on seats to let people in back keeps getting in the way of the seat belt why aint the flat like 147s? tho the rear head rests sit flat and flush with the top of the seats when down allowin full rear view unlike the 147.

I think he's already been here, no way he would have missed this opportunity. I believe he probably gave it a BAD. He is entitled to his vote though. Just dont understand why he chose a username like StiloSte if he dislikes it that much.
