Hi i have the fiat stilo abarth 2.4 version on an 02 plate it has version 8.9 on the connect nav+ unit i have recently purchased a setup cd for my new car 9.8 this is just the setup cd will this update the car aswell to 9.8 if so can i still put my navtech 2002 satnav cd in after

I have version 9.7 on my 2002 5dr Stilo Abarth. Is it worth upgrading to version 9.8?

I have a lot of problems with my Connect Nav +, ie; it takes ages to program in a new address, the map sometimes sticks, the voice commands never work. Will 9.8 solve these problems?

See the link to my guide that Larzmaster posted, it has a list of updated issues, and I believe these were some issues that got sorted :)

I will give it a go then. I was a little unsure, as my 9.7 version has some of these improvements anyway (ie; the cars location automatically coming up when programing in a new address).

Hi, did you solve it?
My 7.7 version worked till last week. Now it displays Voice commands and messages not available, please change the language, then Language change failed, please repeat the procedure and so on:mad: - no matter which one language selected during Setup. The SetupCD looks OK, all other CN+ functionality too. I'm afraid to upgrade firmware during this state...
