Can't do black handles, hated them on the Brava but they never looked that bad; they're just awful on the Stilo, mirrors too (in my opinion!)

oh yeah, deffo gonna change the handles, there's nowt better than a nice gloss finish on a handle!:D
as for other mods... shall have to see what the wallet thinks!
maybe alloys, expensive, but wheels do make a car:tempt:

wheels and springs first (y) Then other bits can come as and when, like new grill skirts, splitters, tints whatever takes your fancy!

:woot: Nice to be back with the Stilo massive Mate I think a set of those will be on the shopping list I have noticed with our grand children that when they get out of my car its the sills that get a scratching its not their fault their only little must be a daunting task getting out of a 5dr when your a little un they look out and think CHRIST that's a long way down to the driveway wheres my parachute :p

Nice colour mate, but then after you see one in sprint blue!(y) I can understand why anyone with anything else would want a respray:D

hmmm yeah kickplates sound like a good idea!(y)

just had mot, needs a new exhaust:eek:

luckily the chap i bought it off is including the mot and repairs in the bargain price that i paid for the car:D so its smiles all round, apart from his profit margin!

and James i know what you mean about sprint blue :yum:
but white has my vote, especially after this photo on rroope's profile:

how much do you reckon the paint job will cost?

i also got a "why do you want one of those?" when i went to buy one.

was quite peaved to find that they don't do a Haynes manual for it either.

Is that white ? Struth  well I know I'v a partely sighted eye ATM but that looks like its under coated Grey :)

yeah i just looked for a haynes manual this morning, can't believe there isn't one, it would go towards solving a lot of people's problems!

and yeah, cazz, it's funny that no one has a clue what a stilo is, it's probably why there isn't a haynes, we're just too special for that!;)

(read this in a magazine article recently)

Haynes cut down drastically on car manuals due to the complexity of modern vehicles, the expense of making manuals for these cars & due to the fact they are often beyond the average persons knowledge as it's very easy to damage modern day cars-electronics/the need for special tools etc.Haynes now concentrate of other projects.

Been looking on my profile ey?? :p

Yeah white does look gorgeous when fully body coloured and with those wheels, but would naff as hell with smaller wheels or anything black. Crystal green with those wheels and fully body coloured up looks mint, "phat" as my best mate called it (whatever the frig that means), as does yellow :D

Nope, take the car to a FIAT dealer and they can reprogram the car to do so using the Examiner. I'll go find a thread . . .
