Morning Guys, please help. On the picture i highlighted which lools like a breather pipe that is connnected to some kind of valve at the back...it has n little plastic plunger and a spring at the bottom of it. What valbe is this? What is it's use and what can it affect if it is sticky or not working correctly? Can ot be serviced?

It's the breather hose returning vapours to the crankcase. It should look like this:
