With the 'cold' weather that we have been having recently, I've noticed that the Heated Winscreen Washer Nozzles that are supposed to be part of the Cold Climate Pack, don't seem to work - (I has to stop and scrape the salt off the windscreen thismorning - only -3.5^C).
Before I take the car in and complain, is there anybody out there that has working Heated Nozzles? Or, is these some secret switch that has to be pressed to make them work? - I tried both the heated seat switch and rear heated screen but with no effect.

Thanks

Matt

Could it be possible that they only work with the heated rear screen activated. Like the heated mirrors?

I drove to work today and it was -3.5C on my car too but my washer jets were fine, and i have no washer jet heating.

Do you have an additive in your washer water? If not it will freeze in the pipes.

As I said in my original post, turning on the heated rear screen seems to make no difference.
I also, obviously have additive in the washer fluid - Autoglym Screen Wash mixed for -15^C.

Any other ideas?
