I have poked a bit in my Stilo (just bought used one some days ago), finally set NV+ and all settings to my liking, but today, after some cleaning (mostly dust from seats and panel) weir thing has happened.
I opened windows with key fob (long press unlock- thanks forum ;)) and they opened only half way (suppose it's intentional) and back side driver side window completely missed action in general, even it can be opened with buttons on that door. I don't expect much in wiring as driver side control of windows are dodgy as well, but it was weird. But wait, the shocker...
I turned key once (i think it's MAR position?) closed windows and stepped out of the car, closed doors and locked it. Noticed that I left back passenger window open (yay for driver's control not working on that one), unlocked car, turned on same key position to close window and EVERYTHING STARTED BLINKING  everything in dashboard blinking (little screen works, but backlight blinks), NV+ doesn't load (dimly lighted black screen only, so it powers on in some degree. Tried to turn on with key out, works fine), even emergency button light (inside only) blinks and screen wipers start to work (have little problem with them already by being unpredictable, probably faulty relay as some mechanic told me).
What might be cause of this? Don't want to believe that window controls might have made so much problem :( Have an idea to connect my laptop to check or errors, but can't find OBD anywhere (not like I could find it in less than 3 minutes of looking while sitting in front of wheel, i suppose). Really want to love Stilo as my old Brava body is on death line and Multipla already whole year just standing with demons inside it's engine...
As you might have guessed, I'm not much of mechanic and don't have much experience in cars in the first place (only poked in few with OBD as i'm ITguy by trade and not even old one...)

What exactly are looms and how to check? English isn't my native tongue and as I mentioned, I'm not experienced in cars (got my Brava as 1st car only some years ago, at it had no hard-faults to begin fixing it until this day, but bodykit is almost dead which made me look for new car, why i bought Stilo).
Weather might be the cause, as it's pouring outside even now and it was pretty humid and cold whole day.
And if it's wiring, how come it surfaced only now? Also, how hard it would be to unlock stuck door (locked by child safety lock)

Quick update-
Night passed, work hours passed, got home (~24h since blinking) and tried to check car again. No blinking (day wasn't warm or sunny, a bit windy and humid imo), but tons of errors- ASR, ABS, airbag, to name few. Little yellow "wrench" icon appeared. Tried to start engine, starter barely made any sound and... nothing. Nothing happened at all. Tried again, no signs of engine attempts to even move. Took my multimeter, battery was reading 11.3V...
Where do I start checking for current leaks as such discharge doesn't seem normal over night. (After coming home last time I drove it, my dad told me to check battery and it was reading 12.6V, which, I suppose wasn't THAT bad, considering car started with no effort and only ABS and ASR errors were thrown).
Anyone with similar experience to guide noobie fiat lover on his car? :(

Have you found the OBD2 socket? Above the fuses. Under the dashboard.

Get the battery charged and checked. Check battery clamps are in good order and clean. Clean fuses in under bonnet near battery.

No, I might be dumb or something, but can't see OBD2 socket. Found fuses tho would be nice if I could get some graph which fuse is where  whole fuse box on top of engine have no top cap, neither have one under steering wheel and I think I need to check some fuses because I have some malfunctions going on (windshield wipers possessed, lights don't move when trying to raise/lower them, car doesn't recognize if I open driver door).
Charged battery, cleaned clamps, battery contacts, took out few fuses but it seems that previous owner already did a very good job cleaning them. Seems will have to get new battery as it's nearly dead and barely is accepting any charge at all.

No more blinking, but new problems I have still doesn't make me happy :(

The OBD connector is the 16 pin connector in the dashboard fuse box. For right hand drive cars, it's at the top of the fuse box, as in the diagram below. For left hand drive cars, the fuse box is mounted to opposite way up, so the OBD connector will be at the bottom of the fuse box.

Diagrams for the engine and rear compartment fuse boxes are also below. Fuse numbers and their designations are shown in the Stilo handbook. If you don't already have one, you can download one from the forum downloads section here: https://www.fiatforum.com/downloads.php?do=download&downloadid=2

Wow, I feel ashamed it took me this much effort to find OBD... will try to check what I can see on my laptop and try to find causes of at least few problems. Not like I expect much :D
Fuses really annoy me already- most are clean, but some are really corroded and 2 of bigger boxes (fuses, relays, no idea what it is tbh) have big holes in bottom that look like corrosion found a slow way to destroy plastic
Changed few fuses that were either damaged or looked like they were popped already, yet, were still providing contact. Somehow that fixed passenger side light lift motor, but not driver's side

With no cover on the underbonnet fuse box it will let in more damp. This is a problem with several vehicles, I think Stilo may be one of them.

First, charge the battery.
It may be just a dead battery, as low voltage will cause all sorts of random warnings as computers get confused.
Fully charged battery should give around 12.75v. With engine running, figure should read around 14v. Rising from 11.3 to 12.6 looks OK, but you'd need to see if it will hold it. If it has sat for more than a few days below 12.5, the battery will probably be dead. Modern batteries seem to die quickly.

While battery is charging, clean and dry the underbonnet fuse box. Remove all the relays, one at a time to check their connectors are dry and clean.
Now do the same with each fuse. A slow job, but necessary.

Sometime, you need to get a cover on it, either one from a car breakers, or make your own somehow.

Battery charging for 3rd day, barely reaching 12.5V now, I guess I can say it's dead. Extra cost on my unemployed pockets :(
Still on my way to cleaning all fuses and relays, found out that I need to find where from screenwasher leaks when i try to use it. Doesn't sound too safe to have it spraying all over relays and fuses in a case it happens.
Will go around town to visit few car breakers when I can. Wonder how much money I will leave in there after I buy every single part I need so far :D Not really handy and crafty, so I guess I'm not kind of person who would make cover by himself :D

Take your battery to a place with a load tester. They do it here for free. I guess if it fails they hope to get a sale....
12.5 V is ok normally but may dip significantly under load indicating a dead battery.

Ok, apparently I need new battery (for now one from Multipla will do, I guess. It's not really moving anywhere anyway :D)
With better battery half of problems seems to be fixed by themselves. Still don't get what's causing other problems like random decision not to turn on power steering when starting car (if it fails, I just turn off engine and try again. Never failed me on 2nd try.).
