has anyone lately tried installing Cruise Control to their JTD?

did you have any issues with it at all?

i'm considering getting a cruise control stalk and installing it while the car is awaiting the clutch sorted on it

first you must see if your car is cabled, precabled, or not cabled .if it's cabled, you just need to connect the stalk, and activate in FES the CC light in dashboard.

I pm'd rich regarding it but he's not been online for 4 days regarding it, I've got the connector under the cowling around my steering wheel, so it needs enabled on FES to light up on the dash,

has anyone else installed it and have you had any issues?

just a heads up, done my jtd mw last year, the only issue is the brake switch isnt supplied with 12v - this sprang up errors on the ecu. pretty simple fix that was just a small fly lead, this is mentioned in detail in the thread mentioned.
you maybe lucky and it may already be in place.
