Hello

When the car is idle I can feel a slight judder/vibration and it revs only slightly, the rev needle goes up to just under 1k. What could this be?

By the way the car is JTD if this makes any difference

Though my Stio's not a diesel, I've owned plenty of TDs in my time and I'd say a little vibration at idle is normal from such engines. But the boys from the dark side will no doubt be along soon...
