Not really. The part I removed was from 2002. So 8 years of Frankfurt and Bucharest is enough in my opinion for any car. The part wasn't broken, it is just clogged by debry mainly because the fluid was never changed. I suggest changing the fluid in the system every 2 years and the car should be fine.

Car is still on original clutch by the way.
