I own a 1.8 Stilo from 2002 and am really pleased with it. Love everything about it. The main question I have is whether the contrast on the visteon CD player can be changed.

I'm sure most of you have noticed that when the car is exposed in heavy sunlight and you turn the engine on, both the main computer and the CD Player's displays are all foggy and don't show all the characters.

I'm pretty sure this is common, as my father owns a 1.8 Stilo as well and he's got the same issues.

I'd look in the AUTORADIO handbook, but I've only got it in german and can't really find it anywhere on the web.

I'd really appreciate your wisdom on this one.

Fiat don't publish a Romanian version of it.

Still haven't found a way to change the contrast in them, I guess you can't really change it.
