I have this cable(actually I have a lot of cables), works very well, you'll have no problems connecting to the Airbags. No adapters needed as it has a micro switch fitted.

Yes, but I have to admit I was scared to do anything once I'd connected to it. I had a quick look around and logged out.
However, I've had other forum members ask for help and I've let them use my laptop and cables to clear their Airbag faults with no issues.

Did you adjust the latency timer / buffer limits on the port? When im looking at the airbag screens its seems to want to timeout. Just easier to ask what settings youve adjusted it to than go potching .
