Re: FiatEcuScan diagnostic software

ItaliaCheck is Gendan's own software for Fiat/Alfa Romeo but it only reads and clears fault codes. They sent me a copy of it a few years ago before it was advertised for sale.

Quick question: With the paid version of this software, when I connect my Nav+ to a 12v line without a relay will it cure the flashing mileage issue?

Re: FiatEcuScan diagnostic software

I'm able to access Engine, ABS and Power Steering with my ELM but I too am unable to do the Proxy Alinement.

Edit
Shouldn't your Latency Timer be set to 1 and not 16 and port speed to 38400, mine is?

Re: FiatEcuScan diagnostic software

Have you tried it on a different vehicle
as the vehicle socket may be faulty or
bad earths can disrupt the signal to the adapter

Re: FiatEcuScan diagnostic software

I got a v1.4 elm off flea bay, opened it up and took out RO4 on the board as was suggested somewhere on here. Reads all the Can, engine, service, body, although some actions need the cars security code. Haven't got the lead for the ABS as yet but will get it when I need it. FES is a brill bit of kit to use.

Any chance you can tell me how, I can't link to the CAN and I have an ELM 1.4
However, I am able to link to the Engine, Power Steering and ABS.
