Hi to all. Hope here I'll find a little information about the front suspension. A cople of times i had problem with the bolts(marked with red circle). Now i start to think that the main problem is also with that rubber element.
Can someone with more experience in fixing and repair to advice me is it normal that situation (on picture). This wear of the rubber :(

I'm curious because in that situation like on the picture above(lifted car without tire) if i push a little with hand touched on place where is stay the weel from right to left i see how the back side of the metal arm moves about 6-10mm around that rubber ring  I'm still thinking that this is not normal..
- 1st question - if i untwist te bolts keeping the arm to the body front and back but not the balljoint can i replace that rubber circle?
- 2th question - is it something special when i put the new one - except fact that this rubber with the strongest side need to be on front-end line?

That joint isn't looking good. Are you experiencing problems like the car steering wandering or weird wear on your tyres?
You replace the whole lower arm unit-

Pictures explain it all

Remember to check your wheel tracking (parallelism) afterwards

@Deckchair5 - thanks man.. That was all that I need. I was qurious can i remove the ruber part without to disjoint all tree bolts but seems that will be easier.
Yes, there was bad noise form the suspension like knocking and tires noise and whet i lift the car up then even by hand there was "unsual move" a little bit without move the stearing wheel. Thist bolt is totaly wear. I knew that to replace the whole arm is much better , but still I haven't problem with the bolt joitns down. The test with a little push told me that also the front cilindrical rubber of the arm is ok.. just that back part was ... let say suspicious.
And You give me the answer of all. I'm now live in Finland and as You can guess here all stuff is f*** expensive and to buy two arms without reason is not a good suggestion.
The both rubber rings that i plan to change are 26.00 EU and the stearing wheel joint is 20.00 Ofcource into the official service of FIAT it cost 45.00E and 89.00E/h for work.. Huh.. :bang:
My big mistake was that , when i saw the left wan was gone.. i shuld replace the both stearing joints and that rubber rings.. because one weel adjustment is 80.00E ... and will be nice to pay it only once not like me in about 3 moths .. twice.
Still think that for now only that 2 elements will be ok to replace. And the next year into the spring to maintenace the whole suspension - front and rear.
Thanks for the pictures! (y)

Hehe. Don't come over to Norway for a FIAT garage repair then. 89 Euros for an hour work is really cheap. One hour here is 155 Euros. (y)

Well i fund for 13.00E each only the cross rubber stuff like spare part but when i saw how that is made.. is much better to replace the whole low arm. And easy ofcource.
I already replace the stearing bolt-joint, but the noise still exist. Now is not knocking hardly but still the fron tyres make horoble noise and on. That reminds me of at least 2 gone things... but will see.

Just for the protocol, is it some "brand" who is garbage, and totaly fake,to know to not buy it. Into the official fiat dealership one arm is 202.00Euro, for both is over 400.00EU, and on other place(shop) is 80 for one.... Is it possible, this huge diference:eek:

Prices at FIAT dealers are usually a lot more than copy parts, if you get copys from a good source you should be OK
