It means the bulbs have built in resistors as led bulbs use very little power, the car's computer thinks the bulb is out so the resistor fixes that.

Mine too. One one each snapped right off. That's the reason for the silicone on the picture.

Yes. When I changed the bulbs for LEDs in mine I cleaned up the lenses and put new screws in.

That's the best idea ofcourse, but not if they snapped exactly where they were not supposed to... Impossible to drill out the rest. The other two I got out mainly by pouring it with WD40.

I just rewired mine cause the PCB was all coroded and it was beeping constantly and saying Number Plabe Bulb... something it was such a nightmare. Make sure that the bulb cover is siting tight cause water can condense on the circuit board in there.. and then it will be an adventure to rewire everything and make it stop beeping I made some photos perhaps I can make a guide how to rewire the whole damn thing after the PCB is gone
