Back of the genuine Fiat front flaps have a contoured recess to butt up to the leading front edge of the sill...

Have on both Stilos added spire clip behind self tapper that goes through inner wheel arch liners, behind the liner so flap is bolted through and not just self tapped into plastic wheel arch liner, for security and also add a couple of self tappers with spire clips to the rears under the back bumper for the same reason. A bit belt & braces but I have not lost a flap yet...

Re: Mud flaps - easy enough to fit?

i'd say no.

however, if you have skirts, i think they prevent the usual damage to paint work on the rear quarter panels on stilos without skirts

on the rears, i used just the fiat fitments and only lost a guard after sinking in mud on a country lane. however, guard retrieved and refitted, never came off or loose in normal conditions

Re: Mud flaps - easy enough to fit?

Basiclly the flaps fit on the outside of the bumper flush with the edge and u the use the U bolts to the attach the flap to said bumper. U really cant go wrong as they fit the bumper like a glove and the front ones are even more easy.

you certainly dont need a picture to fit them.

Re: Mud flaps - easy enough to fit?

Rears are on and look dead smart. But fronts are nothing like, tried modifying them but cutting them took all the strength out. Does anyone know if a set of fronts for a car with skirts are available?
