They cant seem to grasp the fact i don't set the price and the managing company do that..

Aye it's still alive Andy, got MOT this month though and need tires replacing so getting bit fed up with it really. Costing more money than it's worth nowadays..

Never taking my car to them again, extortionate prices mate. Charged me over £300 for my last one for doing a little bit of welding, changing my backbox and bulbs. That's all they did. Wasn't impressed at all considering I could have changed the backbox myself. Then he acted like he was doing me a favour by "knocking me £30 off" because they couldn't do my tracking.

mines due next month. doubt itll fail like. only thing would be for my back box i should think.

They know if i have a problem i will take it away DIY it and take it back for the free retest :devil:

They did a front spring on my sisters KA for £70 a few years back which i couldn't grumble at since it was snowing and i couldnt face crawling about on the driveway to DIY it

It was my mum and dad who took my car in though who pay for any stupid minor thing to be repaired by a garage. One of my headlight bulbs went out and honestly they tried to make me take it to a garage to get it repaired:bang::bang::bang:! I've had a couple bad prices with them man so I don't bother with them anymore. I suppose you know more about cars than me though so it's easier for you to do repairs

That said i use D and P on the industrial estate opposite main post office for spares much cheaper

My bulbs and all that are alright now. Just need 2 tires for my front wheels for my MOT . Know anywhere cheap? Unless you want to lend me your wheels:devil: haha

Try Mick at mobile tyres near belash and Dave at Savoy tyres (Howden near hygina)

Or union at Selby

I've got a spare standard backbox if you need it mate? It's off my Punto but if it will fit then it's yours. Got some tires by the way, £15 a piece from Selby.

my back box has been sorted pal. costed £75 plus labour.
