Tired to separate all of them but it messed all 3 up
What exactly is the issue with the 'r'?
can someone post a picture of the R issue.
I've applied 7 all different colors and mix internal external without any issues

As above for me. 2 of the stickers were absolutely fine. The 3rd one i applied to my drivers door the centre of the 'R' was not properly cut, and was actually attatched to the rest of the letter. So when applied it was an 'R' with no 'air space' inbetween the loop on top of the 'R'. So i tried to cut it away as best i could, but had nothing to hand except a pointy key. So it has messed it up, its not much...but for the perfectionist i am it really is irritating. I'll go get a photo now to show, wish i'd taken one with it before i tried to manually remove it.
I keep trying to tell myself i'm being petty, however i suppose it shouldn't really be happening in the first place.

your right, it shouldnt be happening. I'll email the printers to check the next batch.
What color are they and are they Int/Ext, if there all the same could have been a bad sheet.
All the ones i've checked were fine. 2 Silver Int 2 Silver Ext, 2 White Int 5 White Ext (3 on my car), 2 Yellow.
Because we have 100+ in each color, and the fact that each vinyl sheet had 40 cuts (2x40 1x20) the odds are quite high on a few been off. we either have a sheet of 40 or 20 wrong.
dave, once we have the color and type identified could you look through the spares to see if you can see any wrong

Right, first off a positive. I love the new stickers appearance, absolutely love it. I was sceptical at first, because change could always be for the worst, but i'm mightily impressed. So well done to those involved!

Right, now onto the 'problem' some of us are experiencing. As before mentioned, the centre of the 'R' is not cut enough away from the letter itself. This is causing is to stick onto our cars, and leaving it looking rather odd as the 'R' is supposed to have a hollow in the centre, much in the same way as an 'O', '0', or a number '9' ect ect. Upon trying to remove this section of the 'R', it is causing our sticker to bugger up in essence. It isn't possible for us to cut it away ourself as its so small, and thus the letter is aesthetically ruined.
Apologies for the quality of this photo, you can 'sort of see' how it doesn't look as clean cut as the other letter, due to me doing what i considered to be a not bad attempt at salvaging it. ben RuSZ dave
For those eagle eyed, i had to get my dear ol' mum to get this last photo, thus the blouse and ring (so not me!!!)

Its worth me mentioning that the first of the 'new' sticker i posted is of the good side, not the problem side Not that has any bearing at all, but just to be sure.

48 ok 2 duff,
any that was ordered before i went to sleep last night may still be sent duff. so check before unpicking backing. from now on i'll check up. needs a strong light to see through um. i dunno what ben wants to do about refunds of duff ones, if people dont mind may be they can pay for more then get refund for the duffs at brooklands other ai meets next year? forum dont lose out by paying postage to change um then.
How many duff ones have been posted and what is the cost?

Is it worth while making sure i run a craft cutting knife to ensure it cuts properly and pulls away fine before fitting?

This is assuming everyone who has a duff one attends a meet though?
I'll be buying 3 more for the girlfriends new 500 when she gets it end of the month, so could i just have an extra one thrown in then for the 1 duff one i received?
