Right, forgive me if this has been put up somwhere or suggested before. Had a quick look but could not see anything like it....so.
Now i'm not sure how do-able this is, because FF has a Facebook 'page', whereas this idea comes from a forum where their equivalent is a Facebook 'group'. So so, the boffins here will know i guess.
On this group page they have the usual at the top of the screen for sections to link/view between such as the 'About', 'Events', 'Photos' and the obivous main page. The next one, which is the idea i'd like to have implemented into our own Fiat Forum Facebook page/group is a section which is a document. One that everyone who is a member of the group can and has the ability to edit. The reason for this is you can add your Fiat Forum screen name, and then your name on facebook. So when posting on the Facebook page people can relate to who you are from the Forum. For those who don't meet at conventions personally, or live across seas its just another connection to the collective group, or family as forums have that effect.
So if it were me i would join, and edit myself into what will become a list of who's on the forum, and who they are on Facebook. So i would be;
Wisey (FF) - James Wise (FB)
aaaa(FF) - aadaa daa (FB)
bbbb(FF) - bann aavv (FB)
What do people think? It also boosts the activity on Facebook, which alot of forums can sometimes struggle to achieve when the forum itself is so busy/popular. If people want to remain unknown to the wider world then they don't HAVE to add themselves.
