I've just joined the site as I've just bought a Punto. As I learn more about it, I plan to contribute as much as I take.

After spending sometime at another vehicle's site, I notice that with Fiatforum, people don't often post back to the site when their technical problem has been resolved.

It would be good for the side moderator/keeper to help promote that people post back to the site saying how the problem was solved. This will help people when they have a problem and may reduce the occurence of multiple posts on the same subject.

Quick a good point, just not sure how you would enforce it... unless you were to mail everyone afterwards (which might actually work ... :))

only way would be to put "please post back results weather it works or not" at the bottom of evert post or in peoples signature;)

Please do not Email or PM me asking for support. Post on the forums instead. Your reply may help someone else. Thank you

This is why I gave up doing support for the Bravo/a's. I used to get up to 10 emails per day and only 2 or 3 ever either acknowledged the response or came back to me with whether it worked or not.

Very difficult to enforce on a Forum. I think gentle remindedrs to epople rather than a chase up.
