With Fiat no longer selling the Mark 1 or 2 Sedici in the UK now they're a bit of a rare breed. Does anyone know how many there are in the UK?

My guess would be only a few thousand but at the weekend I saw a fair few of them on my way up to Aberystwth. I even parked next to one at Cardiff services and spoke to the owner!

Anyway i've made this map which shall be my attempt to plot the Sedici population!

Anyone can click the edit button on the left and put on markers of ones they've seen or ones they own.
The scheme is Green=Owned, Yellow=spotted, Red=for sale

Added ours!

Love this little map... though I think you're optimistic thinking that there's a few thousand Sedici's!!!!:)

Cool :¬) I would add mine but can't find an edit button, not to worry, I'll check again tomorrow. (y)

Ahhh right, I needed to sign in. My car now added :)

Shame they have withdrawn the Sedici, surely this is bad timing on Fiat behalf? The mini SUV / crossover market looks like it's going to take off over the next year.

Cheers 50p & robotdancer!

Ok maybe a little optimistic with the few thousand. Although FIAT must have had a quota of how many they brought in each year. I reckon they did a bulk in 06-07 and then it tailed off.

Hopefully some more people will put on their Sedicis. Don't think three is quite representative!

Great Fun! Added ours and another nearby that we see............
I think you can still order a Sedici new. They are still on the Fiat .co.uk site just not in the showroom view.

You'll need to log in with a google account and then the edit button will appear.

Hi couldn't find the edit button on the map, but please you down an owned blue 1.9 Eleganza at Stonehaven (south of Aberdeen, on the North East of Scotland). Thanks

I've updated that for you scotsmiss. The edit button appears for me when i log in at the top right with a google account.

I spotted two the other day. Got a suspicion that the red one near Cullumpton is the same one I saw near Cardiff but I've put it on there anyway.

That's 30 Sedici's on the map so far! 8 of them owned by us lot.

Love maps!

Can't be that many more in the country cmm! Theres only 17 being advertised nationally on Autotrader today!!

Yeah you're probably right. There must be a few more out there! I wonder if anyone has bought the Sedici V2 in the UK? I'm guessing not!

I've just had another scan on some website and found another 22 for sale. There's a lot at a Fiat garage in Tunbridge Wells, but couldn't see any on Google Street View! They obviously hide them and try to flog 500's instead!

CMM - funny you should mention as we may well be in the market to change the Sedici in 2011 and Mrs Nello wants another if we do! With that in mind I've been monitoring the market for the last few months...... I did see one V2 Sedici for sale! It'll have to be one of those if we do. If not we'll keep the current one - Its been so damn good. Its probably the highest mileage Petrol Sedici at 71k now (hence why we may change next year) but apart from a rear wheel bearing and a leaking air-con pipe its been brilliant.......
If anyone sees a V2 let me know!

1.6's : 1024 units ( Dynamic / Eleganza Combined )
1.9's : 856 units ( Dynamic / Eleganza Combined )

Note all cars with AJ06,07,08 are imports and are not counted.:)

Nice bit of knowledge there FFF!! Don't suppose you have a database of them with car type and map coordinates of the owners??! Updated every 30 minutes, obviously!

So I wasn't far off with a few thousand guess. Think of all the poor people who own this car and not appreciate how awesome it is!

Hiya, jsut tried logging onto the map and none of the cars are showing up.... am I doing something wrong?

Ok, who "spotted" a Sedici in the Bristol Channel??!
