Hi all. I'm a newbie to the forum so please accept my apologies if I don't do everything in the right order...
I have a scudo 2008 2lt 120 multijet. 140k (owned from 90k) I've serviced her every 8000 miles due to her getting on a bit..
I have a annoying oil leak at the back of the engine. It started about 8 month ago and got progressively worst.
Cleaned it all up yesterday and sat it on axle stands ticking over
The engine was spockless, not a drip to be seen.
I took her for a run but kept the revs below 2000 so the turbo didn't kick in.. again not a drop.
I took her for a good blast out came back and oil is sprayed everywhere.. it looks like it could be coming from the drive shaft, crank/fly wheel or top of sump.. I hope it's not the dreaded inner seal between engine n gearbox
I'm starting to wonder if it's oil pressure due to blocked breather pipes..
Turbo seams clean without leaks,
Has anyone else come across this problem? Or any idea where else to try
