Right, just got through my mk1 puntio GT side skirts, went to fit them to my mk1 punto 75 sx and errmmm they dont go on, anyone got any help as to how i fit these? on the inside wall of the side skirt there is some white clips to attach them to the car, but when u line them up with the car theres no holes for these clips !! can you guys help me, pleeasssee lol!

You dont need to drill holes at all, on the underside of the sill you will have rubber bungs remove these and get some bolts to fit these, then all you need to do with the top edge where the clips are is use bond or stikaflex then tape the skirt up tight untill it sets.

but the bungs don't line up with the holes in the skirts...

Of course they do, you must of put the skirts on backwards/wrong sides...

right ok thanks guys, another thing, i dont have the original fittings so can i still fit them? like in the factory drilled holes in the sils is there a thread for a bolt or a screw..? or what lol? cheers

if your lacking bolts, then get your self down to a scrap yard, I reckon the bolts that hold the bumpers onto mk1's will probably be the correct ones.

there are loads of easy ones to get at, namely the 3 inside boot lid bit that hold rear bumper on, and 5 underneath rear bumper that hold it to car.

get 8 off each car you find, and your set for life on fiat bolt spares(y)
