Hi I have a Punto 2012, the handbrake and ESP-ASR system failure lights stay ON for most of the ride, usually they turn off for a couple of minutes but then they are back ON.

Do you know what may have caused this? or how to fix it? I don't get any error messages on the display.

Does anyone know how to calibrate the angle sensor? I have been reading that it might be it, but haven't find the procedure on how to calibrate it.

It's a known fault on Puntos and 500's, that will require a new set of dash clocks. There is a service news of the fiat system, if you have a full service history, you may get some goodwill. I had the same fault with mine lucky for me it was still in warranty

Just got back from the dealer, they are replacing the dashboard.
