I'm looking to get a battery for a 1.2 2001 punto but I dont want to pay £70 for one. Does anybody know of any good sites on the net or recommend a good auto-breaker who specialise in newer cars?

£70 whats that a halfords price? look in yellow pages for motor factors ring some of them for a price.
what town or city you in i know some good breakers but they may be miles from where you live.

If you have a Makro card, they sell batteries dirt cheap, around £18 + VAT for a Punto I think. They are Exide batteries.
