Hey guys i wonder if you could help me please. i have a 1999 fiat punto 8v. had it for over 3 years now and have only had a few problems. anyway i was casually driving back from uni and the whole of the dashboard has stopped working. the speedometer, rev counter, fuel gauge and all the lights like the handbrake or the lights or door opening etc. luckily the model i have has the estimated fuel left next to the miles and these are still working. but i would really need to get it fixed for mot. is this going to be a small or large problem. last thing i did to it was to put that little mettle clip on the wiper arm. could i have knocked something of. or could it be a fuse. its been very wet lately. i am a little concerned being a student this is going to be costly. would anyone have any ideals please. will be much appreciated.

Start in the fuse box, pull each one in turn and check to see if its blown
