I have a Punto MK2 sporting with automatic 7 gear
and the problem is following:
when i drive in D the dashboard doesnt show in what gear the car runs
it only shows D, when i bought it, it showed the gear number.

Nobody has been able to tell me how to make it show gear number agan when driving in automatic D.

im not sure but gonna guess here and say cant you change gear yourself by moving the lever left or right?
and now ur just putting it into drive (D) ?

when i try driving with the + and - it shows the gear number just fine (but im not a fan of switching gears every time i speed up and wanted to drive only in D) but i wanted it to show the gear number when the car is started and then put into D

That's how the gear box works ! Changing it would require writing your own software for the car, or building your own display that reads off the obd2 port

though i was pretty sure that when i bought it and was out for the test drive, i was driving in D all the time and it showed the gear numbers

If you put it in manual and don't change gear it will change the gear for you so it might be you did this on test

no it doesn't, I tried it, if I put it in manual it stays always in 1 and I have to push to + to make it go to 2.
I even tried at 5000rpm but it still stayed at 1.
