Does anyone if it's possible to buy the Blaupunkt Punto sat nav unit as an after market option? For say a 1.2 Sporting W reg? I've just got the standard radio unit, and need to get some Sat Nav, but don't really like the PDA look, so though this unit might be better if I can find it.
With the people that do have it, what is it like? Doesn't look like much I guess, but as long as you get to where you want....

i cant get mine to work, proubably a user error, also the street and house number fuctions seem to be locked they have a closed pad lock symbol on them.

I have a medion PDA style unit (refurbed) for £250 inc. free postage for sale (includes car bracket, 2 x 256mb MMCs with maps on, 400mzh intel processor, windows media player, pocket word/excel etc.)


NB: it's going on ebay really so nobody moan at me, I was just kidding.

no idea what the price is but i am sure you can buythem, you coudl allwaysbuy another satnav in teh radio style ie not fiat one and have that fitted.

It would work, but you will need the radio code, make sure your vehicle has can bus wires and also need the gps antenna ect for it.

I've seen them for sale on eBay - Dave, do the padlock symbols go away with the latest version of the CD which has London house numbers on it? Wonder if they built the option into the system knowing they'd develop it later?
