Ok so i have had a Mk1 Punto Selecta since i pased my test years ago and have had so many problems with it! Luckily most of my family are mechancs! Anyway been throwing loads of time and money at it recentely. And now the gearbox (auto) has gone and no1 can be arsesd sortin it out so i got a new car!

My question is should i scrap or sell it on ebay (still drives has tax and MOT till May)! I only ask as there are so many new parts on it, new front and back end exhausts new coil packs plugs and leeds (all Bosch i think) overhall of brakes less than a thousand miles ago1 and nearly new tires on Fiat Brava alloys!

What would i expect to get for it? Don't wanna scrap is i have to pay them lol!!

God only knows. Take it to a scrappy and they'll only offer you the weight (not a lot) if you're lucky. Brake it and you might make 200 - 300 quid or more (eventually, but you'll do all the work). Pop a real gearbox in and sell it as a goer and you'll make a fair bit more.
