Hi own Punto 90 ELX 95'

i have a problem with my injection light

when i stop the light shows up and when i start do drive about 15-20 sec it turns off...

it only comes when i stop...not when i'm driving...

i sense that the car isn't running like before...like it has lost some power..

any sugesstion what's wrong!!!
