I'm trying to replace the drive shaft oil seals on the gearbox, which I've removed from the car. How do you release the cups which holds the drive shafts, to get to the seals?

If all you have are a few flat top screw drivers, get it under and give it a few light taps and the cups come free. They can be a pig to get out sometimes but I find that to be the easiest method.
