i bought a second hand punto_s 55, the owner had forgotten the radio code, could somebody help me out?

the numbers i find on the radio are
model no: 22DC349/64
prod no: FD0596439045139
stamped on side: PHF008t9045139

i also have another problem, when i turn on radio i recieve an ERR message on screen,
