Just got a new MK 1 Punto 1.2 S
Love it!!

Want a set of black 15" Alloys but the PCD is 4 x 98 and everthing I can find is 4 x 100

Whats the best size to get? Ive read up 195 45 15's What do you guys think?

Firstly can anyone recommend where to look or does anyone know of any going cheap?

Secondly, If not what are peoples views and reviews on using wobbly bolts?

You can get wheels with a PCD of 4 x 100 and just use the wobbly bolts you mentioned. Most if not all places that sell alloys will be able to provide you with a set.

So will 16's fit without having to mod the arch at all? What Tires would I get on a set of 16's and would I need spacers for any particular offset. Im so impressed how quick you guys replied!!
Any suggestions of the best place to look? Im gutted that I went to Halfords the other day and they has a set of 15's with tires for 200 quid!! They were 195 50 15's on them and the guy told me they wouldn't fit my PCD though and then I found out ablout wobbly bolts. How many of you guys use them? Is there any risk to them?
Thanks again Guys

I think 185/45 is the correct size for 16s, although you can go up to 215s. If you get the right offset, 37 or 38 I think you should be fine without spacers. The arches will not need modifying.

Be warned, don't go for 16s if you want a set of cheapo alloys, they can be very exepnsive, and the tyres even more so, just because it's a bit of a oddball size.

Got my wheels on, Went for 15's with wobbly bolts

Thanks Guys

Now just to get it lowered and some spacers to get them wheels out a tad so it handles a little better.
That'll be coming next month, hopefully have it all in time for skegness :slayer:
