Just a heads up really in case it may help someone on here.

I've seen many threads on the subject and like a lot of similar problems with driveability mine was cured completely with a new up-stream Lambda sensor.

No warnings on the dash or anything but the AA man found a stored fault code. Changed the sensor for a new Bosch one and the difference is amazing.
:)

Can i ask how much the new Lambda cost you? And how many miles had your car done?

My cars on 53000 miles now and is a little hessitant when the accelerator is floored and has lumpy idle, so might be in need of a new sensor

From Halfords (using a trade card they do from when I had Vauxhall Ownres Club membership) it was £58.00. But i've seen a place on here who sell genuine Fiat spares and it was a lot cheaper than that. Just gonna have a look and try pop the link on for you.
