Technical Drv Side Electric window button

hi all,
The drivers side window buttons don't seem to work.
Passenger side electric window button works fine.
I tried pinching the wires inside the rubber cover by the door hinges, and it worked. A week later it stopped.
The actual button on the driv side has fallen below its plastic bezel. I was wondering (since it seems to be a wire problem) how do I get that rectangular palstic cover off to have easy access to the window buttons? (don't want to break it)
Is it held with clips, and if I pry it slowly will it come off?
Also, are the any pdf's of the haynes fiat manual floating around anywhere? If so, anyone got a link?

Also, the engine is leaking oil pretty bad. Had the upper gasket (valve gasket?) replaced, but now its leaking out the side. Is it worth it to replace the gaskets that are leaking myself, or just wait till the engine goes?

replace the gaskets yourself, if you can't afford the £15 for a haynes manual, try ebay for a used one, or amazon they sometimes have used ones.
