Let me just start by saying that I have an X reg Punto 1.2 Active. I've had it just over a month and already it's causing me all sorts of headaches!

I'm having trouble with the power steering (yes i've read the article on the site) and i'm trying to get something done about it. I'm covered by "Motorplan" so hopefully any major repairs will be covered and I won't have to pay much. I was told by one of their garages that I will have to go to a Fiat dealer and have a diagnosis on my car to see exactly what the problem is with the steering before they can do anything about it.

Does anyone know what this is, how long it takes (roughly) and how much it's going to cost me?
