Remove the screws from the top edge. Push the retaining stay to the side to disengage it. Remove the box pivot pins from inside the glovebox and then the whole thing will drop down and turn upside down hanging on some retaining tags. There may be a few additional screws to remove as I am working from memory. It is not difficult and when the thing drops down you get easy access to the glovebox. Treat all the plastic parts with care as they are of poor quality and easily broken. My dealer changed a fuse for me at no cost other than the part which was about £1 so it might be worth asking. You can remove the stay as well but I am pretty sure its not necessary.
This is a 5 minute job. I learned when wiring a towbar.
