Gawd it's like having kids.. only ones who will never grow out of the un-communicative, slobbering stage.

Family gathering for Christmas included the aunt and her red setter. It was ALWAYS in the way. Always over excited everytime someone came in the house.

The cats just kept themselves out the way and didn't bother us once during the meal, and that wasn't due to the dog which they didn't give a stuff about.

men who like cats = ghey(n)

Na dont think so :p

might be put off by cats due to people who let them roam the streets!. ALWAYS getting into the bins and pissing all over the cars

Not all cats roam the streets an **** everywhere. Our cats are house trained, theyre house cats..Some ppl prefere to let thir cats out and call them back in @ night etc but some ppl never get their pets back due to getting lost or accidents etc..Thats why the g/f has always kept her cats in doors and got them trained..Very clever cats when they want to be.

never said all cats roam the streets (y) know a good few people who have house cats. what im saying if there is hell of a lot of cats roaming the streets. when do you ever see dogs.

also the law says dogs are better. if you hit a cat in your car you dont have to do anything (i hit one on the day of my driving test and another since, dont think i killed either) but if you hot a dog you must stop and report it :p:p:p

lol dont quote me on it as i have not looked if it was true.... but it was my instructor who told me so i guess its hes job to know

It is indeed true. Cats are classed as wild and dogs are domestic. Sheep and cows are also classed as domestic/cattle so you have to report it if you hit them too. Although if you go ploughing into a cow at 60mph you probably won't be able to report it:bang:

I prefer dogs. This my white Staffy Bandit
