I’ve had my panda for a few months now and I love it still. Although I’m toying with the idea of adding a turbo! If that’s even possible?? If so what could I add to minimise the engine alterations I would need to do and would it mess with the ECU?
Any help would be great.

Some forum searching will find one that's been done.

You will need a bespoke ECU that puts warning lights all over the shop and the body computer will play up. That messes with all the electrical systems including steering and ABS.

If you want more power get a 100HP or a 500 Abarth.

It is the 100hp. I should have mentioned that. Thin kyou are right. I’ve been looking at the 500 695.
