Hi!
A few hours ago, I've finished to install OEM fog lights to my 2014 Fiat Panda (One) 1.2L
I've installed new H11 bulbs and checked the fuse in engine compartment fuse box
No matter what I do, the back fog light works fine
When I press the front fog lights switch, nothing happened.
Is it possible that front fog lights option is shut off in the computer and to use the front fog lights option i need to go to Fiat dealership?

Dolev.

Hi
I'd say yes. They are canbus controlled and will not be enabled.
Whether MultiECUscan can do this I'm not sure. Fiat will no doubt will want a bank loan to do the programming.
Its about time a boffin reversed Fiats electronics so these things can be easily done.

Where all the wires in place to do this. ??

Didn't know the wires where in place by cars without fog lights.

The accountants would prefer one loom rather than all sorts for the different options.
All the connectors were on mine after I did the steering wheel upgrade. Doesn't work as the body computer has to be programmed "allegedly"!

Mine has a connector behind the front bumper, no doubt for the outside temperature sensor.

Make sense one wire loom for all cars and versions in the model line.
I was told that those upgrades like steering wheel, Fog lights and so on, is not possible if they where not installed from the factory.

Yes most likely as the body computer isn't programmed for them. The outside temperature display is one in my mind, just fitting the sensor and a fuse if fitted won't miraculously make it work, the body computer needs to know its there and enable the display, same scenario with front fogs and my wheel...... At least it looks the part:D

I think the outside temperature sensoris in the wing mirror not the bumper
At least it id Inthe 500 so I'd think the panda would be the same

Interesting!!
So I wonder what the connector behind the bumper is on mine for.
There are also connectors behind the rear bumper no doubt for parking sensors. Perhaps Lounge spec cars have an upgraded loom but that doesn't fit in with the OP loom having the connectors for front fogs. All quite confusing.
