I am worried about my car heating up too fast. Afther about 5 minutes of driving radiator gets quite hot, i can feel the heat coming through the grille and the fan already kicks in. Water pump was recently replaced and head gasket is good so i dont know what could it be. Also i don't know what the temperature is becaouse i don't have a gauge only a warning light. Is this normal or if not what could be the problem. Car in question is a 1992. Fiat Panda 750 FIRE.

This sounds like a problem to me.
Check that there is not a lot of air trapped in the cooling system.
You cannot fill this system properly by just using the radiator cap opening.
