No Panda so no go
I'll be there, barring traditional morning of meet mechanical issues.
Put the other wheels back on, regreased the N/S CV joint as I don't seem to have got a seal on the boot when I fitted it and the grease has just spun itself all over the inside of the rim, rehung the exhaust a bit straighter after its sagging on the fuel tank episode (still got the old tank on though), swapped out the blown speakers on the back shelf (unlikely to be a roadside recovery job that one though) freshened up the underseal where it was looking hard up and a wash & polish. Nothing major.What vital parts have you been tinkering with tonight then?

I know its late in the day but if any of you pick this up on your phones at Tescos in Ollerton, I am afraid I can't make it.
My left hip (artificial) replaced twice already has fallen apart again so Toresby is a no no even though its local.

We had a great day out BUT on the way back the TREKKING died a slow death. It started with a minor splutter only to develop into a disaster, Lack of power but would tick over no problem rev no problem but no guts at all.
So SOS call to AA one transporter later nearest services dumped off to wait for smaller van and mechanic only to be told soft brakes and lack of power already said possible one of the two coil packs fitted
No he didn't carry one or any type had to wait another 1.5 Hrs for next lift home from AA so a poor end to a super day.

Just got home after a fantastic time. It never fails to surprise me what a wonderful bunch of people reside in the Panda (classic) section. A warm welcome from everyone, great company for the day and then after aquamarine and dombooth had put themselves out for me, John ( dragonman ) fitted my new seats into Po , so my journey home was more comfortable than the one up
All in all a really really good day, Thankyou.
