Hello folks,

To help another member I need to try to get a front bumper from Cumbria to Lowestoft.

Is there anyone passing Cumbria (M6) in the near future, that can get it at least part way south to start the first leg?

What's the time frame, and is it open to panda owners only?

No time restrictions at all, and anyone able is more than welcome :worship:

Fingers crossed Used to happen on my BMW site all the time...

Now, should we say it's for me yet?

If it helps at all, the bumper can be collected from anywhere around London towards the end of July if someone who lives in London is passing Cumbria before then and dosen't mind holding on to it.

I am also in Stroud Glos on Thursday of next week, and also Tamworth on the same date (collecting the new Panda:yum if anyone there is passing Alan.

We were only over in Cumbria the other day and will probably be heading to Yorkshire sometime soon. DOH! Were on a bit of a tight schedule though.

Would it need to be a west cumbria pickup? Heard you weren't as mobile as you'd like to be?

I can with the new pain killer medication make about 30-40ish miles.

I'll see if I can make up some excuse for a road trip... I'll pop over when I'm looking after the little'un maybe? I'll think of it as pennance for crimes against Pandas.

I have to go to Preston on the 16th of July, is there anyone that could meet up and help with the journey further south or keep the bumper in store till such times as someone can?

It'll take about 120 miles off of the total distance so about 1/4-1/3 of the way.....

if you can get it to watford,(rr day) i can get it from there to here or ipswich, then the dude could drive here/there and pick it up.

if some one wants to add a driver door trim, 4x4 on switch and wiper motor to the package it be handy

:wave: Yea I can drive to Ipswich Dave. When would it be? And I might have a wiper motor you can have:yum: and even a door trim(might not be the colour you want though)

I'll be over the lakes way, probably 19th or 20th July. If nobody can get it from Preston then I'll collect it and take it to the next Northern Italia day in South Yorkshire, then hopefully one of the attending can get it further down?

need the other half of the convoy sorted first, from where it is now to south yourkshire would do, then chris uk can bring it to rr day

Thanks very much mate I wasn't sure when you were able to pop over so thought whilst having to do a journey would at least try to get it some of the way. I'll give it to you when your over, as said previously it's very kind of you.

how far is rob from darlo? if he can get it on the 19th and give it to chrisuk to bring down on the 20th it be excelent
