I'm very much one for having a Panda with all the mod cons, but am not sure about this 'flat blade' wiper.

It looks great but dosen't seem to be clearing all the screen that well. There is always a patch missed over the drivers side. I think they're designed for curved screens like most new cars now have, and I don't think they like the Panda's flat screen.

I might take it back I think if it dosen't improve.
 
The new flat blade wiper looks good, but if it is not clearing the screen on the drivers side that's not ideal.

Just a suggestion :idea:, but have you tried gently bending the actual wiper arm so the blade is 'pushed' on to the glass a bit more, which may clear the offending edge ? Did this on one of our Panda's rear wiper blades as the blade bounced on the glass when wiping, making a 'farting' sound and leaving lines on the rear screen. After bending the wiper arm the problem went away?

Yes, I've bent both the arm slightly further forward, and the blade in the oppsite direction to the 'C' shape it makes when lifted off the screen. It's helped a little, but still not how it should be. Still got the spare in the car, think I might take it back and get it changed for another on Thursday. Could just be a faulty unit.:(
 
Did you find it worked better in the end? I was going to get one of these modern style ones for our car.
